unfocused is the music project of a Londoner called Lazlo. Born a while ago, she has been making music ever since she was 3 years old, which quickly became very successful with her mother. Her current art has been described as "nft" and "minecraft piston", and she is certainly heading places (probably Thornton Heath).

backstory

unfocused truly began in February of 2021. Music production had always been a huge interest of mine, but I never knew how or where to start.
after fiddling around on GarageBand, I managed to make an 8-bar loop. This was the first thing I managed to make, and it certainly wasn't going to be the last. the following day, I released my first two tracks: Abyss and Main Room Epic.in the past... almost three years, I've made a lot of different kinds of music. I started out as a simple EDM artist, inspired by the simplicity of 2011-2012 underground electro and brostep, but now I've found myself trying IDM, EBM, breakcore, even stepping out into genres like noise rock and shoegaze. It's pretty wild how much I must've originally underestimated my ability.I seem to update this part with something new every year, because I change so much... I just hope you will stick with me, no matter how much I change :')

The official mascot of unfocused is Trance, a weird, energetic fox, who's kind of a punk. He likes bus-spotting and obviously loves music. He has a kill count of 28 and counting.

If you see him around, come and say hi! He might seem threatening, but don't worry, he's actually really friendly, unless you're the government.
